Instructions for contributors

1. Papers must be original articles.

2. Papers must not have been submitted elsewhere.

3. Authors must obtain permission for any re-use of published content beyond permissible limits; any re-use of published content must be explained.

4. Review Process. Desk review followed by Double-blind peer review.

5. Schedule of publication. Authors must submit the final version of their presented papers no later than December 15, 2022.
